## Ingredients:
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1.5 cups peanut butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 8 scoops vegan protein powder
- 2 cups dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3.5 cups plant milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
## Preparation Steps:
1. **Blend Ingredients:**
- Soak the dates in warm water for at least 30 minutes to soften.
- Drain the dates and add them to a large capacity food processor along with the oat flour, cocoa powder, vegan protein powder, chia seeds, salt, peanut butter, and plant milk. Blend until the mixture is well combined and reaches a consistency that is slightly pourable but not too liquidy. Scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed to ensure an even mix.
- Add the chopped walnuts to the food processor and pulse a few times to mix them into the batter without overly breaking them down.
2. **Pour into Molds:**
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone bar molds, making sure it is evenly distributed.
3. **Dehydrate:**

- Set the dehydrator to 145°F (63°C) for a quicker drying process since the product doesn't need to remain raw. Place the molds in the dehydrator for approximately 2-4 hours, or until the bars are firm and hold their shape. The drying time might vary based on the dehydrator's efficiency and the desired texture.
5. **Unmold and Store:**
- After dehydration, gently remove the bars from the molds.
- Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Optionally, wrap them individually for convenient, on-the-go snacks.
