# Ingredients
• 1 cup of baked sweet potatoes, mashed (make sure they are baked beforehand)
• ⅓ cup of creamy peanut butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• ½ tsp salt
# Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small brownie pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed baked sweet potatoes and creamy peanut butter. Mix until well combined and smooth.
3. Add the vanilla extract and mashed banana to the sweet potato mixture. Stir until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
4. Sift in the cocoa powder and salt to the wet ingredients, mixing until the batter is uniform and no lumps remain.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared brownie pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
