# Ingredients - Tofu or just egg - 1 16oz bag of frozen spinach - 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese - 1 large yellow onion - 1 cup of whole wheat flour - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp yeast - ½ cup water - 1 tsp olive oil # Directions 1. Mix water and yeast. Dissolve and let sit for 10m 2. Add flour, salt, oil, and mix. Add more flour or water until dough is uniform and not sticky to touch. 3. Wait 30m, then knead. 4. Wait another 30m and stretch into an oiled pie pan. 5. Start cooking the onions. Add frozen spinach when onions become translucent. 6. Turn off pan and mix in cheese and just egg or blended tofu. 7. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 8. Pour in filling and cook until well-browned.
