This is more of a conceptual one, but at some point, you’re going to be motivated by consolidating all your information into one glorious tool, system or whatever.
I don't recommend this.
You’ll eventually find **this is unrealistic** and not necessarily due to focus or discipline. For example, I often have to keep notes on paper when I leave my phone behind. I have to use **different systems for work and personal**. I may have to use **someone else’s system because I’m collaborating with them.**
The better solution is **not a source but a hub of truth**. Meaning that you choose your favorite tool as you did before, and link to those alternate locations. So you can still start your note search from one place as you did before and the tool’s job is now to redirect you to where you need to be, rather than circling through your tools guessing.

H((Notion)) --> I[Meeting notes] --> F[Monday's team meeting]
A((Hub of Truth: Obsidian)) --> B[Meeting Notes] --> C[Friday's team meeting]
B[Meeting notes] --> D[Monday's team meeting] --> E{Redirect: Notion}
B[Meeting notes] --> G[Tuesday's planning meeting]
E{Redirect: Notion} --> F[Monday's team meeting]
```
I recommend Obsidian because it works offline, syncs to a cloud storage product of your choosing, saves everything to simple text (markdown) text files.
