**Ingredients:**
- 200g Lal masoor dal (rinsed)
- 20g (1/4 cup) psyllium husk or isabgol
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp mixed seeds
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until done. Check for a golden-brown crust to ensure they are fully baked.
